Get Shamrocked Irish Festival 2017 features Punk Rockers, Bag Pipers, and Celtic Dancers
Billed as the "Celtic Coachella", the Get Shamrocked Irish Festival 2017 wowed us again! Going on their 5th year, with a 15 band line up over a 2 day festival, this event in September was one not to be missed. Located in Murrieta Ca at the Town Square Park, bands including headliners Gaelic Storm, Flatfoot 56, The Rumjacks, Enter The Haggis, The Fighting Jamesons plus Mickey Rickshaw, 1916, Hoist the Colors, Quel Bordel, Brick Top Blaggers, Craic Haus, ONOFF, The McKintree Boys, Key of Whiskey & Kilmainham Boys performed. Patrons enjoyed Monster Energy drinks, Guinness Beer, Jameson Irish Whiskey, & Ballast Point Brewing Company beverages along with yummy food trucks and lots of vendors including Get Shamrocked t-shirts to commemorate the fun filled day. It is all about the Irish music, some kind of punky, some more traditional. Bag Pipers, Drummers, and Celtic Dancers were on hand giving the festival that Craic Irish Experience. All and all, the best Irish Festival this side of the Mississippi!
