Ariel Hartley of Pearl Earl shares her songwriting process and the fruition of her new side project, Earl Hartley and Thrift Star on SoundBite Magazine. She has debuted her new single release, ‘Dream Crusher’ which is available on all streaming music platforms. The Carmics released their track, "Self Control" in December 2019 and have been writing new music since their first song release. The group continues to write tracks for their upcoming album and are planning to release upcoming singles. Rex Orange County performed a sold out show at the Fillmore in Miami Beach, Florida. It was a packed house and the line stretched for two blocks before doors opened. The line was filled with fiery anticipation and hip Gen-Zers that had no problem standing in the rain if it meant being serenaded by Rex’s crooning voice soon. The theatre quickly filled and the crowd chanted for the concert to commence. At exactly 8:45pm, he strolled on stage, waved at the crowd and opened with “10/10.” The stage was covered in imitation grass and giant cloud cut-outs that were hung over a light blue backdrop, providing a dreamy and lighthearted landscape.

As of recently, their performance of the single “Peach Scone” has been viewed over 16 million times. Frank Lopes Jr., known for his stage name Hobo Johnson, and his band are best described as a genre-bending mashup of rap, spoken word, and rock. Half•alive’s set kicked off with the track, “ok ok?,” which is the opening song on their new album Now, Not Yet. Next was the track, “RUNAWAY,” a single off of Now, Not Yet. One of the elements that makes half•alive performances special, is JA Collective. JA Collective is a dance duo who joins the band on stage. It is comprised of Jordan Johnson and Aidan Carberry. Lead singer, Joshua Tyler, also takes part in the dancing. During “RUNAWAY,” JA Collective entered the performance. The crowd went wild as soon as they stepped foot onto the stage.
