Neon Lights and The Thrills of Las Rosas

Boyo took the stage to the shining neon lights of Las Rosas, in Wynwood Miami last night. They’re driving garage indie noise pop sound filled the room with their great presence and energy. Lead singer Robert Tilden rocked the house with his visceral vocals and deep lyrics. There is definitely a sense of vulnerability about his performance. It’s real and genuine in its presentation. I thoroughly enjoyed photographing and hearing this band for the very first time last night.

Detroit band Hala, lead by singer songwriter Ian Ruhala took front and center. Their groovy upbeat melodic tunes filled the air. Creating a rich colorful atmosphere. The lights shined bright on this group of talented musicians. The crowd began to dance and move their feet to the delivery of their smashing grooves. Ending the night with a bang. Preparing the Las Rosas crowd for a night of rad dj dance tunes. Presented by “The Love Below Party, which started right after the wrapping up of Hala’s set.

It was a great night for music and dance at Las Rosas. Always a good time in Wynwood Miami. The scene is booming with dope music venues and rad music shows. The art scene is raging with color and a savage creative essence. Definitely a place to check out if you’re in the Miami area.
