House of Creatives Breaks New Ground for South Florida's Live Music Festival Experience
House of Creatives Music Festival(HoC Fest) hosted an impressive live music experience with remarkable artists: The Flaming Lips, Crystal Castles, The Drums, Cold War Kids, and many other artists. The brand-new festival was hosted by Mishu Music, an artistic group promoting art, music, and events in South Florida. The leading edge festival encompassed a multitude of musical genres ranging from Electronic, Hip-Hop, Pop, and Indie Rock. Also, local and international artists premiered their contemporary music and enticing performances. HoC Fest was held at the stunning music venue, the North Beach Bandshell, in Miami, Florida on November 18th & 19th. Guests enjoyed astonishing performances while digging their toes in the sand and relaxing on the serene beach.
BREAKBOT
The French producer and DJ, Breakbot, performed an alluring show alongside proficient musicians and singers. The crowd was whisked away by the uplifting beats and charismatic performers. The enchanting performance was a picturesque landscape for a radiant night in Miami Beach. Each performer had chemistry with one another making the performance organized and coordinated. Their stage performance was reminiscent of late night dancing at Studio 54. Breakbot has collaborated on song remixes with an array of artists such as Röyksopp, Digitalism, and Chromeo. Some of his musical influences are French artists: Phoenix, Air, and Daft Punk.
COLD WAR KIDS
Cold War Kids performed an electrifying and memorable show which left the audience mystified. The audience sang along to their performances of "First," "Hang Me Up To Dry," and "All This Could Be Yours." The endearing singer, Nathan Willett, enticed the audience with his passionate performance. The audience was mesmerized by their animated performances of "First," "Hang Me Up To Dry," "Audience," and "All This Could Be Yours." The group provided a sensational performance of their classic songs and new songs. The musicians display their remarkable talents and close camaraderie. The band members are Nathan Willett, vocalist, pianist, guitarist, Matt Maust, bassist, David Quon, guitarist, Matthew Schwartz, keyboardist, pianist, percussion, guitarist, and Joe Plummer, drummer.
THE FLAMING LIPS
Live performances will never be the same after witnessing Cold War Kids and The Flaming Lips. The Flaming Lips' theatrics were mind blowing and breathtaking. The stage was abundantly decorated with lighted ropes and the band members adorned neon wigs. The lead singer, Wayne Coyne, celebrated the city and carried out a large silver balloon with the letters, "Fuck Yeah Miami." Colorful confetti was blasted from cannons upon the audience and Wayne participated by throwing bags of confetti.
The Oklahoma City natives lavish and multi-layered Psychedelic Rock music entranced the audience. They incorporate themes of Glam and Space Rock in their on-stage antics and music. Their fanciful melodies explore science fiction and space opera genres of fiction. His lyrical style utilizes imagery of space and love to depict modern culture topics in an idealized manner. The Flaming Lips amaze and bewilder audiences with constant surprises throughout their shows.
Wayne Coyne was presented in his signature man-sized plastic bubble, to perform David Bowie's Space Oddity. He traveled through the center of the audience in the giant bubble and sang among the audience. The Flaming Lips astonished audiences with their performances of "Do You Realize?", "Yoshimi Battles the Pink Robots, Pt. 1.", and "In The Morning of Magicians." The group left the audience with grandiose feelings of bliss after experiencing a life-changing musical experience.
