The Future of Festivals: III Points Miami

Miami’s III Points festival is a pioneer in the festival industry of the future. It’s more than just a festival, it’s an immersive and impactful artistic experience. Boasting an expansive 6+ stages, late night activities and performances, in Miami’s Mana Wynwood Convention Center, III Points is surrounded by one of the most unique creative communities in the world.

Miami is one of the world’s great hubs for art and entertainment, so it’s no surprise that III Points is no different. Like Miami's art scene, III Points is an intricate hybrid of differing genres and mediums, and unlike other festivals, hosts a line-up of visual artists and interactive installations that are as equally an essential part of the experience as the phenomenal musical bill. III Points is a three-day affair, February 15th to 17th, headlined by Rap and R&B artists like Tyler, The Creator, SZA and Erykah Badu, alternative rock artists like Godspeed You! Black Emperor and Ty Segall & White Fence, some of the best DJ’s and electronic acts of today, like Virtual Self, Peggy Gou, and Yaeji, and of yesterday, with the legendary DJ Koze, who rarely plays shows in the U.S., and Herbie Hancock, and Wu-Tang Clan’s Raekwon and Ghostface Killah performing the album “Only Built 4 Cuban Linx”. The undercard is just as alluring, Laurel Halo, a DJ set by Toro y Moi, John Maus, Baba Stiltz, Moscoman, and Miami natives like Rick Moon and Sister System. With a bit of every modern subculture handpicked and strategically placed into this line-up, III Points is sure to be one of the most unique and immersive audio/visual events of the year.

III Points(iiipoints.com) is a three day, round the clock festival of music and arts in Miami’s Wynwood neighborhood. The festival, which was founded by four friends in 2013, arose as a means to represent and unite a unique and diverse community. III Points is a platform that showcases Miami’s up and coming music acts, along with local artists from many disciplines, by placing them alongside the greatest musical and artistic minds in the world.  You can purchase tickets at iiipoints.com
